Last year I had the distinct honor of introducing the Stick School
Lacrosse program to the Walnut Creek School District. As a first-hand
observer I was thoroughly impressed by Stick School's non-contact
curriculum, focused on creating a fun, safe and confidence building
experience for all children.
Founders Jason Morte and Andrew Welch bring a wide-range of experience as
educators and athletes. However, it is their commitment to the kids they
teach and the genuine enjoyment they bring to the program that makes it
truly special. Stick School is hands down the best choice for kids
wishing to learn & improve Lacrosse skills.
It is with great pleasure that I recommend the Stick
School Lacrosse Program. I look forward to observing their continued
success.

To Prospective Parents, Teachers and Administrators:
It is my pleasure to recommend Stick School and its co-founders, Jason
Morte and Andrew Welch, as responsible and compassionate mentors and
coaches. Stick School provides a much needed opportunity for our
community’s kids to learn about the country’s most rapidly growing sport,
Lacrosse, in a fun and safe environment. Jason and Drew bring with them a
genuine passion for the sport together with a strong ability to work well
with children, making this program one of high quality and value, for the
child and the parent.
With the abundance of extra curricular activities that tempt our kids
with negative influences, Stick School offers something fun, positive,
active and organized. For those who are concerned about young children
participating in a contact sport, Stick School takes a different approach.
It is a non-contact program. This is a chance for children to learn, grow
and develop their skills in an athletic arena that does not encourage
aggression, but rather teamwork, interaction and good sportsmanship.
Without a moment’s hesitation, I strongly suggest that you consider
Stick School Lacrosse for your children, schools and/or city programs. We
did and the reviews have been as expected: two thumbs up!
Sincerely,
Eric Leffler
